Considerations

  • Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive: You can choose to license the content exclusively, meaning you are the only ones who can share it, or non-exclusively, meaning that I retain the right to license the content to other businesses as well.
  • Duration: Consider the length of time the you would like access to content, with a clear start and end date.
  • Usage Restrictions: My general restrictions are that you cannot modify my content.
  • Compensation: Payment must be made to access the content. It's important that compensation reflects the value of the content and the scope of the license.
  • Attribution: Consider if you want to credit me for your work and if you do I will include a clause that requires you to credit me whenever you share or use the content.
  • Rights: Contract should be applied for the rights of both parties and will be given upon inquiry.
  • Rates: Rates will be given upon inquiry. Rates are also subject to change.
